I am devastated and very angry. Peter the owner was working and decided to cut my hair. Asked for a trim. My hair was down to my middle back and a touch up for my roots. My hair is natural reddish blonde. He was taking care of me and another lady as well so he was running back and forth. By the time I left my hair was shoulder length and chocolate brown on top and red at ends! I told him he was cutting it to short and not to cut the front. It was horrible. He kept telling me no it was great. I had to rush to another salon to get chocolate dye out of the top of my hair and am now dealing with losing 3 years of trying to grow my hair. He was rushed and was not listening to me. It cost me $120.00 for him to ruin my hair. I will never go back!
