Receptionist is rude and unprofessional. Interrupts you while speaking and is arrogant. Year appointment was booked and my father did not receive any calls for a reminder. My father has been trying to call them for the past two day / leaving voicemails. Finally today the arrogant receptionist picks up and tells my dad that they called multiple times. My dad was in the middle of asking her want phone number she called and she cut him off saying we / doctor don't like to waste our time. If you miss the appointment do not call as you will not be seen. She was rude and unprofessional, dad has never missed an appointment before but like if they called a different number why can they not give grace and not be so rude especially when my father really needs to be seen by a doctor.
