The eye doctor is excellent, professional, explained the full eye exam well during the exam step by step. The young receptionist could be better and friendly. For example the doctor recommended me eyelids cleaner, eyedrops apart from the description. The receptionist wanted me to take an extra eye cleaning pad packaged or leave it and in the beginning she did not greet me and said health card. I had to tell her twice one eye cleaning pad is enough as recommended by the doctor before purchase. That is the experience I had. I am given 5 star because of the doctor.

This is the worst run office I have ever been to. The staff take personal calls over the patient and seem to think this is their right. Once you actually see the doctor, all is professional. But getting to the next level of treatment is seemingly impossible. I have been waiting for an appointment since August. Jesse eventually promised to get back to me in January, however after many messages left for her I am still waiting to have the cancer removed from my eye

Had an appointment for 8am receptionist showed up at 9am. We saw the doctor first but by the time she was done there was a long line of people waiting to check in. We were told that since we already saw the doctor, there was no rush to check us in. Instead of waiting another hour, I had to be firm and was treated even more risky than before. Good doctor horrible and incompetent staff
