INCREDIBLY RUDE AND TERRIBLE FRONT DESK SERVICE. Lady on the phone is far more interested in hearing her own voice than actually speaking with people. Could not get a single sentence through to ask a question, and kept getting interrupted mid-sentence during an entire 3 minute call almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I tried to speak. What could have been a simple one minute call resulted in the most frustrating 3 minute call I have ever had to deal with. Asked if she could give me a moment to speak, only to be put on mute so she would not have to listen. I could tell she didn't even hear what I was saying as she randomly came back on the line (mid-sentence again) and asked if I was done. If this is the kind of behavior that is condoned by the clinic, I'd hate to see how well the rest of the staff will treat you. If I could give negative stars based on this interaction, I would.
Please educate this ignorant woman if this is not the behavior you condone from your staff or want representing your clinic.
