Atty. William Gilmour is not to be trusted for 5 reasons: 1st - He claims knowledge in all areas of the law yet his knowledge in every area is dated by at least 10 years and he cannot cite any legal victories by case nor jurisdiction, 2nd - He does not disclose hi own criminal history, arrest on August 14th, 2001 for assaulting a young boy, nor his DUIs, and 7 Law Society Complaints since 2010 (All is easily found online with a search), 3rd - He is not called Toronto's Billing Fraud King without good reason. He was terminated from Prouse Dash and Crouch after a billing fraud victim alerted Revenue Canada and the law firm was audited and fined over $1 million in fines. 4th - His lack of ethics is well-documented at LegalJunkies.com (just search his name there) and 5th... Read his hacked emails that are posted at hhtps://reddit.com/r/courtroomcriminals. I regret ever meeting this lawyer William Gilmour and in every regard, this is the lawyer your mother warned you about. He is a disgrace to the legal profession. Of course I do not recommend him, even when he is sober. Do not be fooled by his friendly and smooth talking personality. Half of what he told me about the legal aspects of my case was not accurate.
