    I received very poor customer service in a call to staff member at transhelp in November 2018. They have unilaterally taken away the "unconditional" category for all of their customers at this time. Despite wanting potential transhelp clients to provide them with a wealth of physical, cognitive or mental disabilities information in this application and extensive other questions in their transhelp long application, I get the feeling that the staff there seem to, in my opinin, not want to believe what clients are putting down in their applications about their various disabilities and what their medical professionals are filling out in their part of the transhelp applications. This is very disappointing.
