    After going to Afterglow for several years, I have decided to move on. Quality of hair products is not great, hilites fade rapidly and turn very brassy. Stylist is consistenly behind schedule with appts. HINT Maybe stop overbooking! Dont stop cutting your clients hair to make personal calls. This sends a very poor message to clients that they are not important. The finalee was when we went over some picture of how I wanted my hair cut and you did the complete opposite and butchered the back of my hair. Of course you did not show me the back once completed because it was a huge and hideous mistake. Now it's going to take 2-3 cuts for my hair to grow in properly!!! Also coming to work when you are sick and coughing over your customer without covering you mouth is very poor manners. Have some class!!! Take a sick day.
