We bought a floor model from them. Dresser’s lED light was not working since the day of installation. We tried several times to contact them to inform this, when we got connected to the lady who sold the model, she mentioned that according to the company you need to drop the equipment at the store or pay the transportation fee. This doesnot make any sense. If the equipment didn’t work at the time of delivery why shall we bother to get it repaired even after paying the whole amount asked. I am completely unsatisfied with their service
