Buyer beware. I called this salon for a quote on tape in hair extensions. Told them I was light blonde and needed volume, not length. I told them I needed 12 to 14 inch blonde tape ins. Owner told me she could help no problem, and gave me a quote of $150.00. I made an appointment and when I arrived she only had 18inch tape in hair... So she would be charging more. She also gave me a 5 minute trim... My hair is all one length... Easy, straight across the back. When I went to pay the bill had gone from $150.00 to $630.00... I asked why. I was told I got a professional cut and style, 18 inch hair that they had to cut off, and I never asked for... And labour. I paid AND tipped well.. I left disgusted. I felt ripped off and taken advantage of. A 5 minute trim is NOT a professional hair cut and style... There was no style. The best part is that after charging me over $600.00 ($700.00 with tip) for...
