First they wrote wrong ircc number on my biometrics application When I went there to fix the problem the lady there talked so rude and told me they can’t fix it now

Service was extremely slow (covid time excuse), female security guard at front door is extremely rude, I waited outside in the freezing cold for 2hrs then when I got inside discovered only 2 people ahead of me, staff was standing around talking. Inside instead of servicing people in a timely manner. Male representative that took care of me was friendly. For the future be prepared for a long wait time and rude staff
