Service was extremely slow (covid time excuse), female security guard at front door is extremely rude, I waited outside in the freezing cold for 2hrs then when I got inside discovered only 2 people ahead of me, staff was standing around talking. Inside instead of servicing people in a timely manner. Male representative that took care of me was friendly. For the future be prepared for a long wait time and rude staff
